The scraped surface heat exchanger is the heart of any crystallisation line; therefore it must be robust,
reliable, and built to last. The Schröder Kombinator is for production at high capacities. The SSHE is
equipped with standard gearboxes and has the possibility of variable speeds control of each scraper rotor.
Furthermore, each cooling system is equipped with individual temperature control.
FH Scandinox deliver the Schröder Kombinator either as separate machines or
in complete margarine lines.
Product contacting parts are made of Stainless steel AISI 304/316.
