Design
The FH SCANDINOX Pin Rotor Mixer is an excellent high technologically developed production solution to ensure proper crystallization and consistency for a wide range of margarine and shortening products.
The FH SCANDINOX Pinmixer is modular-designed and is installed on a base frame.
The Pinmixer is jacketed for heating purposes by means of a separate water attemperation unit (to be ordered separately).
The Pinmixer is driven by a gear motor. The general design of the Pin Rotor Mixer facilitates easy replacement of wearing parts during service and maintenance.
The FH SCANDINOX Pin Rotor Mixer is CIP-cleanable.
Material
All product contacting parts are of stainless steel AISI 316L.
Certification
The construction is in accordance with the European Pressure Equipment Directive (PED)
97/23/EC and the European Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC. Other certifications can be
supplied, on request.
