Design
The FH SCANDINOX Plasticator is an excellent high technologically developed production solution to ensure a uniform product consistency before filling. The FH SCANDINOX Plasticator is modular-designed and is installed on a base frame. The Plasticator is jacketed for heating purposes by means of a separate water attemperation unit (to be ordered separately). The Plasticator is driven by a gear motor. The general design of the Plasticator facilitates easy replacement of wearing parts during service and maintenance.
The FH SCANDINOX Plasticator is CIP-cleanable.
Function and Flexibility
The FH SCANDINOX Plasticator is a kneading and plasticising machine with 1 cylinder
for intensive mechanical treatment for obtaining an extra degree of plasticity of the
product.
High Standards of Hygiene
The FH SCANDINOX Plasticator is designed to meet the highest standards of
hygiene. All product parts subject to be in contact with food are made of AISI 316 stainless
steel and all the product seals are in sanitary design.
Shaft Sealing
The mechanical product seal is of the semi-balanced type and of sanitary design. The sliding
parts are made of tungsten carbide, which ensures very long durability.
Optimize floor space
At FH SCANDINOX A/S we know how important it is to optimize floor space, so we have
designed the pin rotor machine to be mounted vertically, and therefore also very easy
to clean.
Material:
All product contacting parts are of stainless steel AISI 316L.
Certification:
The construction is in accordance with the European Pressure Equipment Directive (PED)
97/23/EC and the European Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC. Other certifications can be
delivered on request.
