State of the art restaurant beer craft
Restaurant beer craft at Brolokke Manor - Located in one of the most beautiful surroundings in Denmark!
At Broløkke Manor on Langeland, a new state-of-the-art 10 HL restaurant craft brewery has been supplied and installed by FH Scandinox.
The brewery consists of a complete brewhouse system with a malt mill, hot water system, kettle, pre-mashing and whirlpool, herb cooler, yeast filter, and includes 6 pieces of 1,000-liter fermentation and storage tanks, plus 3 pieces of 1,000-liter serving tanks. Everything is fully automated with the FH Scandinox brew control and recipe system.
